Cancellation Policy

All bookings are final, and no refunds will be issued. If a student does not attend a scheduled class or is otherwise unable to participate, no refund or credit will be provided. Capstone College and Career Advising LLC does not guarantee improved test scores, college admissions outcomes, or any other specific results. Student success depends on individual effort, including consistent attendance, active participation, and engagement throughout the course. If a class must be rescheduled due to circumstances beyond the control of Capstone College and Career Advising LLC, every reasonable effort will be made to reschedule the class. If rescheduling is not possible, the student will receive a credit toward a future service of equal or lesser value. It is the responsibility of the student to initiate the process of rescheduling with the tutor and or test prep instructor in applicable cases.
